Straits Area School of Cosmetology was founded by Kasha Drozdzewski, Owner and Head Instructor, who brings over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry to the classroom. With a strong passion for both beauty and education, Kasha created the school to provide students with hands-on training, real-world skills, and the confidence needed to build successful careers in the cosmetology industry.

Working alongside her is Instructor Chelsea Haines, a beauty professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Chelsea is known for her creativity and expertise as a vivid color specialist, and she shares a deep passion for teaching and mentoring future beauty professionals.

Together, Kasha and Chelsea are dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment where students can develop their artistry, gain practical experience, and prepare for rewarding careers in the beauty industry.
